Mobile Bar Hire
Our 1969 VW camper van is the ideal vehicle/mobile bar for serving a full range of drinks to your guests whilst adding to your memorable day.
We can offer you FREE hire of our fabulous converted VW classic camper van bar with staff for as long as you need. Our 1969 converted VW classic camper van bar offers you a bohemian look and feel to your celebration, check out the pictures on our social media channels or website to see how we can add the wow factor to your celebration!
What we offer?
Our offer includes a fully stocked bar consisting of draft lager/beer, bottled beers/ciders, spirits, cocktails, wine, Prosecco, and soft drinks. We have a great selection of gins with accompanying tonics to suit everyone’s taste buds.
Our choice of drinks would easily cater for all age ranges and anybody that is driving.

We can also offer the free of hire VIP pop-up bar structure should you wish for us to serve drinks inside a tepee, marque or building – this can be a great outcome if you have planned an outdoor event and the weather isn’t looking favourable.
Gin, Rum, Vodka, Prosecco or Cocktails?
Should you wish to focus on particular drink(s) e.g. Gin, Prosecco and/or Cocktails, we can tune our menu choices accordingly to suit your event. We specialise in stocking the full ranges of Whitley Neill Gin, Dead Man’s Fingers Rum and Ketel Vodka to name a few.
What about table wine and water?
We can offer some great deals of table wine or bottled water for your guests which doesn’t leave a big hole in your pocket. We offer a sale and return package which includes table service for the wine to ensure your guests have the right number of open bottles and not lots of half empty bottles.

Glassware
In terms of glassware, as glass can be too fragile for most, our re-useable plastic glasses are the perfect alternative for us and is include is all our offerings.
Should you wish to use glass we can recommend several companies where they can be hired from, but you will need to consider washing facilities for the event. You can see photos of own branded cups/glassware on our social media channels.
So what does it cost?
We have two approaches when it comes to how our services are priced. Either:

You pay a fixed booking fee of £250 for up to 5 hours (£50 per hour after that) or
-
We agree a minimum spend amount and as long as you reach that, it costs you nothing for us to be at your event.
Both options covers the hire of the bar, stocking of the bar, staff and glassware so you have nothing to worry about.
